Earl Marc Soroka is in his 15th season as an assistant coach with the Gilmour Academy Varsity A hockey team, where he oversees the forwards. The Toronto, Ontario, Canada native spent time playing Junior A hockey and Triple A hockey in his high school and college years before transitioning into the world of coaching.
Soroka has a degree in manufacturing management from Centennial College in Toronto. He is involved with several special needs youth charities, such as Youth Challenge and Friendship Circle, and is the president of Soroka Insurance Group. He currently resides in Beachwood, Ohio, with his wife of 14 years, Julie, and their two children, Jack (9) and Charley (7).
